Postage outside the UK - Please email for pricing before placing your order.
Where possible we recycle the packaging that we receive the products in.

Dispatch
In stock items are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of receiving payment.
Stock Availabilty
The website is updated daily so all items should be in stock and be in hand to dispatch immediately.
If however we are out of stock of any item before we have a chance to update the website we will notify you via email. An expected delivery date will be given or if neccessary an alternative or refund will be suggested if sold out.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your items, we are happy to exchange or refund to your preference.
All we ask is that you email us within 7 days and return the items in their original condition with all tags etc intact within 14 days. Although it will be your responsibility for return postage costs.
